Ireland’s King & Queen of DIY has returned for 2017! Last year the battle between the King and Queen was extremely close with the King receiving 53 % of the votes, let’s see if the Queen of DIY will come out on top this year.

The battle kicked off last week and we have received a lot of incredible entries from eager DIY enthusiasts on Facebook. We also received incredible entries to the King of DIY from eager Queens wanting that crown. Ladies you can't enter for your husbands but you will be glad to hear that the official Queen of DIY has kicked off.

While after careful consideration we have crowned Tomas Mossy Kavanagh as Ireland's King of DIY and Mary Gethings as Ireland's Queen of DIY. This was based largely on the creativity and innovation shown and the overall aesthetic excellence of the work produced. Thank you to all who submitted such amazing works of art it has really shown the talent there is around the country.

Our Queen of DIY Mary Gettings will go into our final round against our King of DIY Tomas Mossy Kavanagh today and we will leave it up to you to decide on the winner. Keep your eyes pealed for the results this Friday!

The overall winner will receive €500 to spend at their local ARRO with thanks to Irish Cement and Siniat
